DESCRIPTION: The project is an extension Mall in Mushrif, Abu Dhabi. Composed of Cinema and six floors parking building. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design; commissioning consultancy; design review and verification; energy simulation and modeling. The project includes optimum insulation for wall and roof to reduce the heat impact and cooling demand.

  • Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 1 Pearl)
  • Value, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
  • Energy Simulation and Modeling
